How to order:

All international orders are handled manually. To place an order, please email us with:

• The products you’d like to buy
• Your full name
• Address
• Mobile phone number

Quote and shipping:

• We’ll send you a quote that includes the exact shipping cost. If you’re happy with the offer, you can move on to payment.

Payment and delivery:

• Transfer the quoted amount to our bank account and once we’ve received payment, we’ll ship your order and send you tracking details.

Prices and VAT:

• All prices on our website are listed in SEK (Swedish kronor) and include 25% VAT.

Exceptions: Pre-owned products are not subjected to VAT

We reserve the right to adjust prices if suppliers change their pricing, or in the case of errors or misprints.

For EU customers:

• Orders within the EU are subject to Swedish VAT and follow the same process.

For customers outside the EU:

• Swedish VAT is deducted. This does not apply to pre-owned products.
